Why is my computer randomly making start up noises?

I turned on my computer today and my desktop background image was gone and was replaced by a blue screen. I then put a game disc in the cd rom drive and the picture was warped and not aligned properly. Now as my computer is running slower than normal I have been hearing random sounds as if my computer is starting up followed by popping and clicking sounds. What is going on?Why is my computer randomly making start up noises?
Ok try going to Start - Accessories - De-fragment and do that.

If that doesn't work you can try to set it back to a previous time

There are also a few other various cleaning technique's which should help you, try a few ,

If all else fails you should either take your computer into a store to get it checked out, or higher someone to come to you to check it out.Why is my computer randomly making start up noises?
