I'm trying to download Dragon Nest, but it's not working. What do I do?

Dragon Nest is a Nexon game, as probably many know. I'm trying to download it, and the part about Dragon Nest is actually completely fine. The problem is, when I reach the Nexon Installer, when I press 'Agree', it glitches, freezes, and slows down the whole computer. What do I do?
