You can get Microsoft works. You can make calendars, business cards, brochures, and a lot more stuff. I have it and I use it for almost everything I use for school. You can use any high end word processing program but it's a desktop publishing job so I use a desktop publishing program.
It is easy and worth your time. OpenOffice can do about anything you want. I use it for my business cards and everything else I need businesswise.
