What is the best computer virus remover?to remove viruses from your computer you will need a FULL VIRUS SCAN and that requires a CD, or a full version of the program to COMPLETELY remove the virus from your computer. those CD's are pricey so i would sugest you RESTORE your computer jus like you first got it. all your data will be lost but it is way better than having viruses hiding in your computer and killing it slowly but if you want to resotre it as new as u first got it...

However, I'm afraid what you really should do is reinstall windows and all of the software you have.
If your operating system was installed 6 yrs ago, then itd doesn't matter if there are any viruses. Just reinstall OS.

i use Bitdefender...i would prefer that one...well any antivirus is able to clean up some viruses...but if it's slow and stuff it's usually better and safer just to reinstall your operating system
The best virus scanner is Norton 360 which is expansive. the reason it's the best because it is all in one.
