I'm an associate at office depot working on a customer's computer, and I've come across the strangest issue. Our software that connects the computer to our remote technicians is coming up with an error message: Javascript is not enabled. What makes this strange is that i've already gone into internet explorer's options and as far as i'm able to tell from there, it's already enabled.
I've already disabled the firewall.
Note: Java and javascript are not the same thing. Just so y'all know. Why is javascript is acting like it's not enabled, though it really is?
you have to download it then open it like when you download new emulators
