How to transfer files from computer to samsung Galaxy Ace?

alright so i used the USB cord to connect my new phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace) to my computer. this pop up on my computer came and it said "Welcome to find new hardware wizard" and i don't know what to do with it. can someone help me with this? all i want to do is transfer some songs on it.
