What kind of laptop should i buy?

I am looking to buy a new laptop im not trying to spend a whole lot either, maybe 700-900 dollars, But i would like to be able to record my xbox from my computer. Any ideas on what kind i should go with?What kind of laptop should i buy?

first of all you can't record gameplay directly from a laptop, you will need some kind of capture card.
