Your computer would crash, and you may do electrical damage to the motherboard. If you do it with the computer OFF, then it will probably be okay but UNPLUG it first.
You would fry the GPU right off the bat, and very likely your motherboard too if you touched it, and you might damage your CPU as well. Your monitor would go black and your computer might freeze when you pulled it out as well. The Graphics card also know as video Cards is really what sends the pixels to the screen from your computer. Removing it would just simply turn the screen black. If you did it while it was on your would possibly break the processor or cause a system failure. I wouldn't recommend it.
