You'll not likely find one that cheap. To buy any laptop, you need to know what software you want to run, and have an idea of how well you want it to run that software. You can find specific info about how well certain hardware will run certain programs try the notebookcheck website.

I'd suggest keeping a list on excel (or on the spreadsheet on openoffice), with each row being for whatever laptop in whatever retailer.
